The Divide
EEC's Owner, Consultant and Learning Behavior Specialist, Julie Rosch Williams is a parent of a special needs child and has 28 years of experience teaching. She has a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the inner workings of the special education system and the challenges families face when trying to navigate the system alone. Julie hold teaching credentials in both California and Illinois. She is a member of COPAA (Council of Parents Attorneys and Advocates).
Over the years Julie has helped numerous students achieve academic success. With the onset of COVID and the changes in the learning models, it became evident students were struggling and parents were seeking help for their children. Julie's diverse teaching experiences allow her to draw on creative modalities that address the entire child's needs in a multi-modality learning model.
Not only did COVID impact our schools, but our community. Moving the office from the home to a public location allows for the expansion of services and the development of community.
