Description

Sunday, April 19th 10am-12pm

Come join us for a guided Forest Bathing walk at Wakamatsu Farm. Forest Bathing is a gentle, mindful wander in nature designed to help you slow down, quiet your mind, awaken your senses, and reconnect with the natural world. We’ll meander on trails around the pond on this approximately one-mile walk. Along the way, your guide will offer simple sensory invitations—engaging sight, sound, scent, and touch—to support a deeper sense of presence and connection with natural world around you. Forest Bathing offers a chance to unplug, recharge, and rediscover the joy of being fully present in nature. Adults only. Meeting location in Placerville/Gold Hill area. Suggested Donation: $10/members, $15/non-members. A detailed email will be sent once you register online at REGISTRATION LINK
