East Asians wish each other “the arrival of the horse brings success” especially during the lunar year of the horse. For horse-lovers, learn selected Taichi-Qigong movements that celebrate the power, strength, and dynamic spirit of the horse. The therapeutic movements and poses will also renew our qi for the new year. Mongolian music in honor of their beloved horses will also be featured. Dr. Tze-yue Gigi Hu is a semi-retired Asian Studies educator and author. She teaches therapeutic Tai Chi and Qigong to selected communities. See her website, calmhappytaiji.com Ages 8+ welcome.
