Learn an iconic Taichi movement that celebrates the flexibility and strength of the snake. It will be taught in a short sequence of movements and poses to achieve stability and dynamism and celebrate the new spring season. A set of warm-up qigong exercises will be taught first to rejuvenate the body and mind.  Dr. Tze-yue Gigi Hu is a semi-retired Asian Studies educator and author. She teaches therapeutic Tai Chi and Qigong to selected communities. See her website, calmhappytaiji.com. Ages 8+ welcome. Meeting location Placerville/Gold Hill area.
